Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk On Sunday September 22nd

St Asaph Dementia Friendly Steering Group are organising: A Memory walk to think about anyone we care for or have cared for who is living with or had lived with Dementia.
On Sunday 22nd September at 1 pm Meet at the council meeting rooms on Roc Plas, St Asaph at 12.30 for a I pm start. Walk as far as you can manage, or further if you like!
