COMMUNITY LIAISON OFFICER – SOUND RADIO
Sound radio has secured funding through CVSC – Rhyl Flats Fund – Gwynt Y Mor Fund for the new position of a Community Liaison Officer based at the Sound Radio Studios in Towyn. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with drive, motivation and the ability to communicate with people on all levels to make a real difference to the communities in Conwy, Denbighshire and the North Wales Coast
Gary Carr, Sound Radio Chair said “This position offers somebody the opportunity to work with local groups, organisations and events to raise the profile of their work through utilising the benefits of local community radio. We have been broadcasting to the North Wales Coast since 2016 and we are now in a position to widen the appeal of community radio and work together with local people to keep our communities informed about everything that’s happening in the local area. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference.”
