With the news of the collapse of Thomas Cook in September and the potential of 2,500 travel agents jobs being saved by Hays Travel, what about the thousands of other jobs in different areas of Thomas Cook have been affected.

Sound Radio Wales and Community Voice presenter Paul Toal spoke to Nicola Ryles a former cabin crew member who lives in North Wales.  Nicola had nearly 22 years experience working for Thomas Cook Airlines as a cabin crew member before being made jobless with no warning in September.
