Investigation into man who reportedly grabbed a young girl on Rhos-on-Sea street

Police are investigating reports of a man behaving suspiciously towards an 11-year-old girl in Rhos-on-Sea, last night, Monday 26th February.

The incident, where he is said to have pulled the girl’s hair and pushed her, is believed to have happened around 7.05pm in the area of Second Avenue and Church Road.

Insp Kelly Isaacs said: “This was clearly a distressing incident for the young girl and fortunately she came to no harm. Our inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances and I am appealing to anyone who saw the incident at around 7.05pm last night, or who saw any suspicious behaviour to contact police on 101 quoting reference RC18024450.”
