Pontins Prestatyn and all Pontins holiday parks to close due to COVID-19 outbreak in the UK

Pontins Holidays have released a statement regarding the tempapory closure of their holiday parks in the UK due to the outbreak of COVID-19. They have firmly stressed that there has been no outbreak of coronavirus in their parks and this is strictly done regarding Government advice.

The health and safety of everyone visiting or working on our Parks is our number one priority.
We understand that you may be feeling unsettled given the rapidly changing situation around Coronavirus, Covid-19
Pontins would like to reassure you there has been no outbreak of coronavirus on our parks, however we have taken the latest Government advice and decided to close all parks effective Friday 20th March 2020.
We will be contacting all guests who have a Pontins booking between now and the end of April 2020, via email in the next 2 days.
If you have a holiday booked from 1st May 2020 to the end of the year we will be contacting you in the next seven days.
You will appreciate how busy our phone lines are and so may we please ask for your patience whilst everyone is responded to.
Obviously our first priority is to respond to guests scheduled to arrive in the next seven days.
