Royal Scot steams its way along the North Wales coast

People gathered to see the annual visit of the Royal Scot steam engine.  The LMS Royal Scot Class 4-6-0 began its “North Wales Coast Express” journey from Crewe to Holyhead at 10:00am and arriving at its destination at 12:34pm.

The steam engine steamed through Rhyl railway station at 11:03 complete with carriages and diesel engine at the rear.

The Royal Scot is set to leave Holyhead at 15:55 and will pass thought Rhyl & Prestatyn at 17:30pm on Saturday afternoon.
