Welsh Government set date for North Wales pub gardens to open after lockdown

The Welsh Government have set a date for pubs, cafe and restaurants to reopen after lockdown, but ONLY those establishments with outdoor seating areas for now.

Venue have been given the date of July 13th to open if they wish, leaving 10 days for owners to make sure social distancing measures are in place. Welsh Government officials have stated that  outdoor spaces owned by businesses and subject to existing licences will be opening first.

The Welsh Government will plan to reopen pubs indoor at a later date, after reviewing if the opening of outdoor beer gardens has been safe, successful and the ongoing coronavirus situation has been reviewed in Wales.
