Long Delays Expected in Towyn

Residents and Holiday makers have been greeted by the yellow road sign advising of upcoming roadworks on Towyn Road, Towyn. Taking place from 24/04/23 over two weeks. The busy road is expected to be very busy during the two weeks, especially over the Bank Holiday Weekend. 

Local resident Helen Curtis commented that the “traffic will be gridlocked” and “people planning to access Towyn would be quicker by foot”. Last year Helen says it was a game with her son to see if they could race the bus, Helen and her son successfully made it to Foryd Bridge (Blue Bridge) before the number 12 bus that was arriving in Pensarn made it to them.
