North Wales singer Franchesqua Evans will use the power of the internet to bring some light music entertainment to the elderly during the troubled time of the Coronavirus.

The singer will broadcast two 30 minutes singing slot each week, possibly using Facebook Live, she hopes that nursing homes will be able to broadcast the shows to their residents to help lift spirits.  The broadcasts will also be available to the public as well.

The idea came to Franchesqua after a lot of her gigs were cancelled as a professional singer due to the Coronavirus outbreak and by he love of just wanting to sing.

She plans to sing some of her favourite soul, motown and jazz classics and if anyone has any suggestions for some suitable songs she will  happily learn those too.

If you interested in broadcasting Franchesqua to your nursing home or you feel an elderly relative or friend may benefit from a musical broadcast please contact here on Facebook HERE or use the link below.
