NWP appealing for information Kinmel Bay

North Wales Police are appealing for information regarding an incident in Kinmel Bay.
Detectives are investigating an incident involving a white vehicle being driven in the Morfa Avenue area of Kinmel Bay on Sunday 27th August 2023 around 9.15pm. The driver approached two females in the area. Police have concerns about the behaviour of the driver.
