Local business owner Kelly Evans has been busy organizing the Sunday Social Walks and managing to do some fundraising for Claire House children’s hospice as well. The walks take place on Sundays and start at The Blue Lion in Cwm.

On the EatTrainLive Social Media they said:

“EatTrainLive in collaboration with The Blue Lion Cwm, encourages our wonderful clients, customers and community to get outside and go for a walk and talk together, while supporting each other’s local business.

Well done and thank you to all of you who joined us
10km walked, new routes or parts of routes discovered, friendships formed or continued and activity goals hit or levels increased!”

Kelly Evans Who owns EatTrainLive a wellness coaching center and gym in St. Asaph said:

For the walk, please send us a message on Instagram or Facebook with the number of adults/children/dogs in your party so we have an idea of the numbers
A great opportunity to walk and talk with like-minded people, reap all the benefits of exercise and being outside, support local businesses and raise money for a great cause
