He attended college in Liverpool where he was taught studio techniques at BBC Radio Merseyside. For the last 5 years he has produced and hosted The Theme Show and is now exited to bring his show to Sound Radio.

Pete Mac first got into music and record collecting when his elder brother Stan gave him a record with no label, which was Barbara Lynn’s “Take your love and run” leading to him saving his school dinner money to buy records at school. Amassing over 10,000 records in his garage at one point. Pete has always been active in the community and voluntary work with volunteer workers. He has achieved the British Telecom award for the Rhyl Recycling project amongst many others.
