Wednesday April 3rd Walk and Talk North Wales Mental Health Mates

Letitia Spencer from Walk and Talk North Wales  joined the team on the community forum. Letitia not only organizes walks around the North Wales Coast for help with mental well-being,  she also travels the world helping in schools with underprivileged children.
